I live nearby Warsaw in a little wooden house, with my husband, two children (daughter and son) and two cats. I studied forestry and landscape architecture.

How long have you been beading? I have been beading for over two years.

Why do you like bead embroidery? It is something magical when I finish the work and I’m touching it then, and the background is all fill with the beads, colors and textures , and fringes gives this quiet sound. Tauriel_1

What are your inspirations and influences? My first inspiration was Good Quill Hunting (and still is) because I love fringes and she love fringes (as I can see) and she is really absolutely gorgeous with the fringes J! Heidi Kummli is my second inspiration. But I think nature, polish and other countries folk art  is my basic inspiration and start point for most of my works.

Tauriel_2What are your favorite materials? Toho beads, semiprecious stones especially jasper, labradorite also cooper and silver elements.

What defines your style? I prefer delicate forms, rather calm colors, and fringes. Shapes are geometrical or nature kind.

What are your future goals with beading? Improving bead embroidery skills, create bigger beadwork forms also join in my works gold thread embroidery with bead embroidery.
